The Pirates! Band of Misfits (2012)

It’s a plundered life. Another animated movie is coming your way this summer. The Pirates! Band of Misfits is a 3-D stop motion film from the producers of Wallace and Gromit and Chicken run. The film is based on the first two books from Gideon Defoe’s The Pirates! series, The Pirates! in an Adventure with Scientistsand The Pirates! in an Adventure with Whaling.It features the voice of Hugh Grant as the ever-so silly pirate with his rag-tag crew out to the seven seas to battle Queen Victoria and also win the Pirate of the Year Award.
